Terms of service.

PRICING: Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed.

AVAILABILITY: Seirup Design Studio does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change the technical specifications of its products at any time without notice. Lead time will vary based on the scope of the project and availability of supplies.

PAYMENT TERMS: We accept payment by credit card, check, and bank wire (with a fee) for international orders. For trade account orders we ask that payment be made by check or bank wire (with a fee). Delivery cannot be scheduled without full payment cleared. Please make checks payable to: Adam Seirup and mail to: Seirup Design Studio - 80 39th Street, Suit 602, Brooklyn, NY 11232

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled after this grace period has passed. We cannot accept cancellation of rush orders once payment is received.

SHIPPING: For our interior design finishes: All shipments will be made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. Special handling requests are subject to extra change.

For pillows: All domestic shipping is made through UPS ground. Expedited shipping needs to be made prior to check by emailing adam@seirupdesign.com

RETURN POLICY: All interior designed products are final sale and cannot be returned. Pillows can be exchanged for an item of equal value within 15 days of customer receiving the pillow. The package must be mailed back by customer and reviewed for no damages before issuing the exchange.

CUSTOM PROJECTS: We require a elevation drawing of the surface you would like covered by wallpaper or panels.  Custom design fees may be applied pending project.

DAMAGED GOODS: All terms are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within 5 calendar days, the original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier, and photos are provided of the damage. Please call (917)909 1100 or e-mail adam@seirupdesign.com within 5 calendar days to make a claim.

WARRANTY: Seirup Design warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. Seirup Design reserve the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. All costs of shipping for inspection are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Seirup Design, at it’s option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Seirup Design is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE: All products should be cared for with instructions applicable to that product. Failure to do so may void product warranty.
