Interior Design

I’m an interior designer, do you offer trade discounts?

For our home goods products, yes. Please email adam@seirupdesign.com with your work email and include which products you’d like to purchase.

Can I hire you for onsite work?

We exclusively work in our studio on panels and wallpapers. We then coordinate with world class art handlers to deliver the products safely to your job site. You will need to coordinate with your contractor on best practices for installation.

However, we do from time to time work onsite within the NYC metro area. Please email adam@seirupdesign.com the scope of your New York City project.

Could you custom match from a color swatch that I pick?

Certainly! We pride in custom work and all our designs can be tweaked to perfectly match your design.

What is your wallpaper material made from?

Our finishes are applied either to a linen non-woven backed wallpaper or vinyl.

Linen - We use 100% European linen and we sell this material by the yard.  The usable width is 56”.  The longest continuous piece that we can produce is 5 yards.  As we are not installers, we can’t determine the needed yardage for the project.  It would be best to have your installer calculate the needed material as they will know where seams will be placed and how much extra material may be needed.

Vinyl - We sell this material by the yard.  The usable width is 52”.  The longest continuous piece that we can produce is 5 yards.  As we are not installers, we can’t determine the needed yardage for the project.  It would be best to have your installer calculate the needed material as they will know where seams will be placed and how much extra material may be needed.

Do you have Fire Test Certifications?

Yes. Depending on which product you will be purchasing from us. Please email adam@seirupdesign.com for more information regarding certain product certifications.


Home Goods

How quickly can I receive my purchase?

Please allow 2-5 business days to package your pillow purchase and 5-10 business days domestically for shipping. If you are purchasing outside the US, please allow an extra week to receive your purchase.

For the screen, please email us for a custom lead time and shipping.

Do you restock out-of-stock pillows?

No. All our pillows are hand dyed in small batches.

Are your pillows machine washable?

The pillow covers can be machine washed on a delicate setting with cold water. We recommend washing separately and line dried.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. An added fee will be charged in checkout for any purchases outside the US.

What kind of packaging do you use?

Your pillows will arrive in vacuumed plastic packaging inside a discreet cardboard box as to ensure no water damage will affect the fabric. Open the bag and fluff up the pillow to achieve maximum fluffiness.

Do you accept refunds?

No. Every pillow is carefully handmade and requires a lot of artistic work to produce. If there is damage from shipping, please notify us through email within 15 days of receiving the package and we will replace the damaged product after the customer mails it back and it has been inspected by our team.
